Christian is a Vietnamese climate finance practitioner, social entrepreneur, and 2024–2025 Obama Foundation Asia-Pacific Leader. He holds a degree in corporate finance from Vietnam National University and completed a Master of Entrepreneurship at the University of Melbourne as an Australia Awards Scholar. As an ARES Scholar, he is currently completing the Advanced Master in Microfinance jointly delivered by the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and Paris Sciences et Lettres (PSL). Christian has worked across ESG strategy, climate finance, financial inclusion, and digital transformation with Allianz, Uber, PwC, Prudential, and Cerise+SPTF. He founded the ASEAN Green Steel Fund, which explores how rice-straw biochar can support low-carbon steel, rural income, and climate resilience. At Oxford, he hopes to focus on the responsible use of AI for climate and social impact, sustainable finance, and inclusive economic growth.
