I recently graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in economics. I specialised in applied economics and policy, and also hold a minor in global studies. I am passionate about bridging social inequalities, especially for low-income families and vulnerable women. To this end, I have undertaken various internships in the social sector. For instance, I conceptualised a nation-wide enumeration of rough sleepers, and assessed legislative provisions from abroad to better inform Singapore's Destitute Persons Act. Over the summer, I interned with a team of consultants to deliver solutions for social service agencies in domains such as impact assessment and strategic planning.

As a Master of Public Policy candidate, I hope to learn more about the incorporation of behavioural insights in policymaking. I also look forward to gaining new international perspectives, before joining Singaporeƕs civil service upon graduation.
