Chinagorom is an Assistant Chief Engineer in the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation of Nigeria. He has over 13 years of public sector experience in a variety of roles relating to project implementation, management, and public policy, gaining extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, and the management of publicly funded projects. Chinagorom's key policy interests include infrastructure development and quality project implementation. He is a strong advocate for evidence-based decision-making and believes that a firm understanding of public policy can be a veritable tool for the economic development of Nigeria.

Chinagorom is a recipient of the Presidential Public Service Merit Award in recognition of his excellent service to Nigeria. He is passionate about deploying his skills and experience to lead policy reforms for improved project implementation and enhanced service delivery aimed at transforming the Nigeria public sector.
