Benjamin is a policy advisor at the Confederation of Chilean Industries. He holds a degree in politics and a Master's in Political Science from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica of Chile. During his time at university Benjamin was involved in social projects with his local community including the foundation of an educational program that supported local youngsters from poorer areas to prepare them for university entry exams. Benjamin worked as a parliamentary advisor in the Chilean Congress, then as the Chief of Staff to the Regional Secretary of the Ministry of Economics in the Metropolitan Region of Chile.
