Bas Kellerhuis is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Public Policy (Quantitative Methods) at the Blavatnik School of Government.
Bas’s research focuses on quantitative methods and public administration. He is interested in effective public organizations and is currently investigating slack resources and policy accumulation, funded by the Netherlands Court of Audit. His other interests include effective (health)care organizations, health policy and systems and technology policy for emerging technologies.
Bas has submitted for a PhD at Utrecht University and holds an MSc in Statistics and Data Science from Leiden University and a BSc in Liberal Arts and Sciences from University College Utrecht. Bas holds a courtesy appointment as assistant professor at University Medical Center Utrecht.
