Bart is a Polish policy advisor with a strong commitment to advancing civic education, reforming public institutions, and exploring the ethical implications of technology. He holds a Law with American Law degree from the University of East Anglia.

Bart has extensive experience in public affairs and international relations, and has advised over 50 international companies on government affairs in the European Union and CEE. He founded the Academy of Civic Knowledge, an influential NGO in Poland that aims to modernise civil service and protect democratic values. HIs work has involved shaping public policy at both the national and EU levels, advocating for legislative changes, and leading initiatives that reach thousands of students across Poland.

Bart is particularly interested in enhancing government accountability, fostering resilient civic institutions through international cooperation, and developing AI policy frameworks that ensure responsible and ethical technological governance.
