Anshuman is a development sector professional from India and a keen systems thinking enthusiast working on social innovation and change.

A three-year volunteering journey changed Anshuman's career trajectory, and he transitioned into a full-time development career by pursuing the Young India Fellowship, an interdisciplinary leadership development program. He has spent the last two years building Avagam Ventures, a consulting firm for early-stage social innovations, and has helped establish five impact organisations. At the same time Anshuman has been working as a systems thinking consultant supporting impact organisations in redesigning their strategy, program and building quantitative models to simulate scenarios and advocate for policy changes. At Oxford Anshuman wants to explore how impact organisations can engage with policy and eventually, he hopes to work towards a position to influence policy for social innovations and their integration in public service delivery.
