biography

Anne is a medical student from Charité University Medicine Berlin and a graduand of the MSc in Translational Health Sciences. She has a passion for global health equity and research communication.

Global digital health research and implementation projects in Ghana and Madagascar have provided Anne with experience working at the intersections of global health research, practice, and policymaking, and in shaping equitable international research collaborations. She currently works part-time for the NGO Doctors for Madagascar with a focus on access to care. As a co-founder of Berlin Exchange Medicine, a student Open Science journal, education platform, and think tank, Anne works to equip the academic leaders of tomorrow with the knowledge and skills they need to work towards a more equitable and transdisciplinary scientific system. Anne is particularly interested in governance for global health, the practice of evidence-based policymaking, and equity-focused policies for universal health coverage.

Anne is a Rhodes Scholar.
