biography

Anna Gräfin von Pestalozza is an engineer with military experience in the German army and an interest in public service.

After leaving university, Anna completed officer training in the German army, stationed with combat troops in Germany and at NATO headquarters in Brussels.

Using her military experience, Anna read for a master’s in Engineering Science and Defence Systems at Helmut-Schmidt-Universität Hamburg, followed by the Master of Public Policy at the University of Oxford.

Anna’s main interests are new technologies and military strategy.

Anna is a Rhodes Scholar.
