Ángeles is an Argentinian political scientist with over 5 years of experience in applied research and policy design, working at the intersection of economic development, sustainable finance, and social impact investing. Her work focuses on how public policy, regulation, and innovative financial mechanisms can mobilise private and philanthropic capital for development in emerging economies. Angeles graduated summa cum laude from University Torcuato Di Tella and completed an exchange semester at George Washington University. She currently serves as a policy officer at GSG Impact, a UK-based NGO active in 48 countries, supporting policy and advocacy strategies to foster social impact investing. Previously, she advised Argentina’s national and subnational governments from within the think tank Fundar, focusing on green industrial policy and sustainable development. Angeles is pursuing the MPP to design and implement policies that mobilise private capital for development in Argentina and Latin America.
