Andriy worked as a project manager for the European Union Anti-Corruption Initiative in Ukraine. Before that, he worked as acting head of the reforms unit in the Office of the Prosecutor General and the head of the normative and legal drafting department at the National Health Service of Ukraine. His previous professional experience also includes more than five years working in the Ukrainian Parliament, where his primary task was legislative drafting in the areas of rule of law, law enforcement reform and anti-corruption.
Andriy also has experience working as a national expert for the Council of Europe projects in Ukraine. Andriy holds a Master of law degree from the Lviv National Ivan Franko University and a certificate in EU law from the London School of Economics and Political Science. His policy interests include the development of sustainable public institutions, anti-corruption reforms as well as the challenges of post-war reconstruction and economic recovery.
