Andrew is a senior partner at McKinsey & Company, where he serves companies, governments and investors on a range of strategy, finance, and organizational topics.
Andrew has variously lead the firm’s UK Technology, Media and Telecom practice, and the Public Sector practice in the UK, the Consumer Tech & Media practice in Europe, and the firm's Knowledge & Capability transformation efforts globally.
Beyond his direct client work, he convenes McKinsey’s Chiefs of Staff forum, which brings together chiefs of staff from the private and public sector. Earlier in his career he was the chief of staff for the McKinsey Centre for Government.
At the School, Andrew primarily teaches as part of the Masters in Public Policy programme, including the Econonmics for Public Policy, Evidence for Public Policy and APM on 'Doing business with business' courses.
He holds a MBA with Distinction from the Harvard Business School and a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University.
