Ana is from Colombia and worked at Delivery Associates, where she supported city governments in designing and implementing innovative programs, such as Bogotas Care System, and developed monitoring and evaluation systems for both governments and philanthropic organisations. At Instiglio, Ana designed and implemented results-based financing mechanisms, including Social Impact Bonds, across sectors like economic development, competitiveness, and education in Latin America and Africa.
Ana also contributed to macroeconomic modeling and analysis at the Latin American Development Bank (CAF) and worked as a research assistant at Universidad de los Andes Government School. Ana's policy interests focus on social and urban policy, particularly addressing challenges faced by marginalised communities. She holds an economics degree from Universidad de los Andes in Bogota, Colombia.
