Hailing from North Macedonia, Ana has built a career at the intersection of government, international organisations, and diplomacy, advancing sustainable development and good governance. As Head of the Sustainable Development Unit, she led the country’s first UN Agenda 2030 national review, engaging over 120 professionals to shape long-term development strategy. At UNHCR, she strengthened protection frameworks for forcibly displaced populations through a pilot assessment conducted in her country and eight others. Currently, with OSCE Skopje, Ana manages a multimillion-euro project introducing hybrid education to reinforce capacities in the Ministry of Interior. Her education is in tourism science and international organisations, complemented by fellowships and trainings in governance, leadership, foresight, and public policy across Europe and Asia. Ana's policy interests include sustainable development, effective governance of organisations, international law, AI and security. Ana is a Blavatnik School Public Service scholar.
