Amogh is an electrical engineer and public policy practitioner from India, shaped by an upbringing across twelve schools in three states before he turned eighteen. He has spent the past four years learning to translate evidence into actionable decisions across the public and private sectors. Consulting at Bain showed him the deep information asymmetry between large platforms and the workers beneath them, and how little room there was inside the firm to close it. Amogh has built data systems that let smallholder farmers aggregate into cooperatives with real bargaining weight, and conceptualised monitoring reforms at India's Ministry of Agriculture. At Oxford, he wants to sharpen the analytical tools to help workers navigate algorithmic management and think about what the AI transition owes the people it displaces.
