Aline Oliveira Barbosa is Outreach and Engagement Officer for Executive Programmes at the Blavatnik School of Government. In this role, she supports the School’s global outreach and engagement strategy and the recruitment of participants for its open enrolment executive programmes, building relationships with senior public sector leaders and organisations worldwide.

Aline brings over a decade of experience working at the intersection of education and public sector development across government, higher education, and the non-profit sector. Prior to joining the School, she managed international partnerships at Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV) and worked with education systems in Brazil, including at the State Department of Education of Bahia and the Lemann Foundation, contributing to education policy and partnerships to strengthen the public sector.

She holds an MSc in Education (Leadership and Policy) from the University of Bristol as a Chevening Scholar and is a qualified lawyer in Brazil. She is a member of the Chevening Alumni Network, the Carolina Ibero-American Young Leaders Network, and the Botín Network of Public Servants.
