From the United States, Alina graduated with Honors from Stanford University with a BA in Human Biology and is currently pursuing an MSc in Control of Infectious Diseases at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She has worked with the World Health Organization, World Bank (GFF), Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, Médecins Sans Frontières, and the Boston Consulting Group Global Health Practice. Across six countries, Alina’s work has focused on global health security, immunisation, and health systems strengthening. She has contributed to evidence synthesis for WHO guideline development, advocated for UK investment in child survival, and authored peer-reviewed epidemiology research. Aline is a certified community health advocate and founder of VOICES, a grant-funded organisation promoting vaccine confidence. She is a recipient of the Marshall Scholarship, Kirsten Frohnmayer Research Prize, Stanford Award of Excellence, and the Cap & Gown Leader Award. Alina is a Brasenose-Blavatnik-Marshall Scholar.
