Aigerim joined the Blavatnik School of Government in January 2022, first as a part-time Teaching Facilitator, and then transitioning into a Programme Assistant role. She has two graduate degrees: in comparative international education from the University of Oxford, and a joint diploma from the Universities of Ludwigsburg and Helwan in education management.

Aigerim’s professional background is in the international development sector. Prior to coming to the UK, she immersed herself in developmental projects of USAID, GIZ, and the Red Cross in Central Asia. Among many personal hobbies, she enjoys reading and video editing. She practices these two activities by filming book review videos on youtube.
