biography
Agostina Bergia is a social activist and human rights lawyer from Argentina.
She has pursued a master's degree in International Studies and other postgraduate courses on gender and equality. Before her arrival in Oxford, Agostina was working as Co-ordinator on International Policy for the Ministry of Women, Genders and Diversity of Argentina.
She also hosts a podcast on current affairs and politics, where she gives space to women and LGBTQ+ qualified voices that are generally not heard to talk about political events.
Agostina's key policy interests are social justice and equity, inclusive urban design and, most importantly, economic policy with a gender perspective.
Agostina is a Chevening Scholar.
