Adham Tamer is Head of IT and AV at the Blavatnik School of Government. He oversees the management, strategy, and execution of the School’s IT infrastructure and works closely with the senior administrative team to shape IT strategies and policies that support teaching, research, and policy engagement across the School.

Adham provides both strategic and operational leadership to the IT and AV teams, ensuring the effective delivery of technical projects, networks, development, and disaster recovery systems. As the School’s Chief Information Security Officer, he leads the information security programme, developing policies and procedures that safeguard communications, systems, and assets against emerging threats.
