I am a strategist, scholar and humanitarian from Nigeria. In joining the MPP, I am looking to build capacity to affect lives at scale, especially in the areas of my policy interests - enterprise development, rural development and energisation, housing, and community capacity building. Before Oxford, I had been involved in facilitating outreach events to rural communities in Nigeria and providing pro bono consulting for student entrepreneurs. In 2017, I convened the 5th edition of the Africa Business Conference at Lagos Business School which focused on building business models for volatile economies. Over my career, I have worked on consulting projects in organisational redesign, process standardisation, competency modelling, corporate performance measurement, strategy development and talent assessment. I hold a first-class degree in Estate Management from the University of Lagos, an MBA from Lagos Business School, and certifications in project management (PMP®) and Six Sigma (CSSGB).
