biography

Born and raised in Delhi, India within a family of public servants with a commerce background, Aanchal started her career as an auditor at KPMG after completing her commerce degree.

Discovering a passion for sustainability, Aanchal joined the Wildlife Trust of India, gaining valuable experience in addressing wildlife crises. With a master's degree in sustainable development, she conducted the first ever study on public-private partnerships (PPP) for marine conservation at IUCN and collaborated with experts to train 2,500 sustainability professionals to influence CSR/sustainability funds. At the World Economic Forum, Aanchal developed a PPP framework for technology integration in agriculture, fostering partnerships and shaping her perspective on policy and finance. Given her diverse experience of more than six years and invaluable learning experiences, Aanchal is eager to address complex challenges at the intersection of public policy, partnerships, finance and sustainable development using her skills and knowledge.
