We are very pleased to announce two new fully-funded scholarship opportunities for Brazilian students have been made available thanks to a generous benefaction from the Lemann Foundation in partnership with the Oxford Graduate Scholarship Matched Fund. The Oxford-Lemann Fellowship Scholarships are available to Master of Public Policy applicants for each academic year. The aim of these scholarships is to reward university graduates who demonstrate exceptional academic merit and a commitment to social change in Brazil.
The Lemann Foundation is a non-profit organisation, created in 2002 by Brazilian entrepreneur Jorge Paulo Lemann. It works to enhance the quality of public education in Brazil, with a focus on guaranteeing that every student learns.

Carlos Santiago Guzmán Gutiérrez, an alumnus of the Master of Public Policy and the MSc in Public Policy Research, has received the inaugural Michael Cichon Graduate Award for outstanding master’s thesis in Social Protection.
