The 2026-27 cohort of Transformational Leadership Fellows has now joined the Blavatnik School. The Transformational Leadership Fellowship programme supports distinguished individuals to take up to one year out, part-time, to engage with faculty and students at the School to develop a working proposal for their next stage of impact.
This year the cohort consists of six individuals who have established themselves in a range of industries.
TS Anil is former Global CEO of Monzo Bank Holding Group and current Vice Chair of its Board. TS has more than three decades of experience across financial services, digital payments and technology, including senior roles at Visa and Citigroup.
Patrick Brothers is a board director and strategic adviser specialising in strategy, technology and national capability. Patrick has advised organisations including the World Bank, UN, OECD and World Economic Forum, and is the co-founder and former Co-CEO of HolonIQ.
Dr Jonathan Chang is CEO of Khetan Foundation, working at the intersection of philanthropy, artificial intelligence, public policy and institution-building. Jonathan’s career has spanned the public, private and philanthropic sectors, including leadership roles at HeritageSG, Shopify and Google.
Mohammed A. El-Kuwaiz was the Chairman of Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority, where he served from 2017 to 2026. Mohammed previously co-founded and led Derayah Financial Company and has experience spanning financial regulation, investment, consulting and corporate finance.
Dean Fealk is an international attorney and civic leader working across government, business and civil society on international trade, investment and economic development. He is Northern California Co-Managing Partner at DLA Piper and has advised senior US government officials on trade and commerce.
Janet Whittaker is a Senior Counsel at Clifford Chance specialising in complex international arbitration and litigation. Her career has included work across international commercial and investment treaty arbitration, as well as teaching roles at Stanford Law School and University College London.
The cohort will now begin their development journey, drawing from the knowledge and expertise at the School to reflect on how their strengths can be used for a broader public mission.
