The Youth division of the Commonwealth Secretariat has developed a Global Youth Development Index (YDI) and Report 2016. The YDI is a composite index of 18 indicators that collectively measure progress on youth development in 183 countries of the world. The index looks at five themes or domains, measuring levels of Education, Health and Wellbeing, Employment and Opportunity, Political and Civic Participation. This is the first-ever worldwide youth index. It has uncovered a fascinating picture of the prospects of young people in different countries. Homepage | Youth Development Index
