Our flagship Executive Public Leaders Programme has brought to Oxford once again an exclusive group of senior public leaders for highly interactive discussions, debates and simulations.
During their 12 days at the School, our participants gained insight from the world’s leading scholars and practitioners, strengthening their critical skills in order to build cultures of excellence, effectiveness, and integrity throughout the institutions they lead.
Arriving from all across the globe from countries including the United States, Uganda, Pakistan, Australia, Albania, Malawi and Ireland, our participants were immersed in engaging classroom discussions where they discovered similar issues in their organisations and shared ideas on how to tackle them. The networks they created, the range of activities and discussions they engaged in, and the learnings they gained from our faculty will have a lasting impact that will enable them to positively impact their organisations.
Launched in 2019, the Executive Public Leaders Programme is a collaborative, multidisciplinary experience aimed at senior public leaders at the top of their department, ministry, agency, commission, or multilateral organisation.
