Yulia Taranova and Hugo Batten (both MPP 2012) were involved in the research for a new report published today by the Blavatnik School of Government and the World Economic Forum. The report, titled ‘Effective leadership in international organisations’, researched 11 international organisations to highlight best practice and solutions to improve the effectiveness of executive heads of international organisations.

Carlos Santiago Guzmán Gutiérrez, an alumnus of the Master of Public Policy and the MSc in Public Policy Research, has received the inaugural Michael Cichon Graduate Award for outstanding master’s thesis in Social Protection. The award recognises his MSc thesis, “Universal Social Protection Schemes in Forced Displacement Settings: Evidence from Colombia.”
