Rusudan Kemularia (MPP 2017) published the article "Theoretical framework of public integrity and institutional changes of Georgia’s tax administration" for Forbes Georgia. The research was carried out during her summer project with Oxford's Centre for Business Taxation and the Blavatnik School's Building Integrity programme.
