Aleksandra Wisniewska (MPP 2017) has been recognised as the winner of the Social Impact category in the "25 Under 25 List” compiled by Forbes Poland and McKinsey & Company.
Aleksandra worked in refugee camps in France, in UN teams in Turkey and Jordan; she spent the last few months in Iraq, where she supported the reconstruction of Mosul and helped manage one of the largest camps in Northern Iraq hosting more than 70,000 internally displaced people.

Carlos Santiago Guzmán Gutiérrez, an alumnus of the Master of Public Policy and the MSc in Public Policy Research, has received the inaugural Michael Cichon Graduate Award for outstanding master’s thesis in Social Protection. The award recognises his MSc thesis, “Universal Social Protection Schemes in Forced Displacement Settings: Evidence from Colombia.”
