Bill Emmott, former editor of The Economist, will chair a series of Friday discussions with Blavatnik School students, faculty and experts about hot topics in current affairs.

This week’s discussion will tackle the issue of the refugee crisis. The panel will include Professor Paul Collier - a global expert in migration - and Edward Mortimer, Distinguished Fellow at All Souls and former Head of Communications at the Executive Office of the Secretary General of the United Nations.
