What's in the news: The Colombian peace deal

Bill Emmott, former editor of The Economist and Visiting Fellow of Practice at the Blavatnik School of Government, will chair a series of Thursday discussions with students, faculty and experts about hot topics in current affairs.
This week the panel will discuss what's next for Colombia after the peace agreement aimed at ending more than five decades of armed conflict was rejected in a referendum on October 2nd.
