Paul Collier gives an open public talk at Blackwell Bookstore, as part of their "Stand on the Shoulders of Giants" series.

The talks by leading academics take place every day from 24-28 February at 3pm. Paul will be discussing his book “Exodus: Immigration and Multiculturalism in the 21st Century”.
