Oxford Open Doors 2025
Be a tourist on your own doorstep...
We are delighted to be taking part in this year’s Oxford Open Doors on Saturday 13 September 2025.
As we celebrate 10 years of the School's building, we invite you to explore our award-winning spaces. Designed to support the School's mission of inspiring and promoting better government around the world, the Blavatnik School of Government's award-winning building provides a purpose-built home for a vibrant academic community.
Members of the public are invited to take self-guided tours of the Blavatnik School of Government building, designed by award-winning architects Herzog & de Meuron, from 10:00 to 16:00 on Saturday 13 September.
Come and have a look around the various spaces, including the 4th floor terrace with stunning views over Oxford. Grab a coffee or a bite to eat in our café, 10:00-15:30.
Oxford Open Doors, organised by the Oxford Preservation Trust, is an annual event held every September since 2008. During this special weekend, numerous locations across the city open their doors to the public. This event provides a unique opportunity to explore and appreciate Oxford's rich heritage and culture for free.
