This open session is offered to all students and staff of the University along with any visitors in Oxford. Prospective students (for 2014 and subsequent years) can learn more about the Blavatnik School of Government and its intensive one-year Master of Public Policy course. The session will not cover our DPhil programme.
Introductory Talks
We will present the basic philosophy that underpins the Master of Public Policy course and how its multidisciplinary curriculum is constructed. Our convenors will present the MPP modules and explain in greater detail how the Master of Public Policy course will be taught.

Members of the Programmes Team will be on hand to answer your queries about the application process and entry criteria.
Who is it for?
The session is primarily intended for prospective students however anyone with an interest in the School, its course or students arriving in 2014 (for instance MCR reps) are more than welcome to attend.
This session is not part of any admissions or selection process. All applications to the School will be assessed in the usual way. This session will be recorded and made available online for those unable to attend.
