Leaders from across the globe are articulating the need for a reinvention of the way government operates and the role it plays in society. For many, the old models are no longer working. How can governments create a more effective and responsive public service? Who’s trying what and has it succeeded or failed? This panel discussion will share some of the latest evidence and insights that can help governments organise, motivate and deliver higher performing, more efficient public service.
