TThis panel event, introduced by Professor Philippa Webb and chaired by Harriet Moynihan, will feature expert discussion by Avril Haines, former US Director of National Security, Jen Easterly, former Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, Shehzad Charania MBE, Director of Legal Affairs and International Relations at GCHQ, and Ciaran Martin, Professor of Practice in the Management of Public Organisations.

Drawing on their extensive experience in government and beyond, the panel will offer practical insights into how accountability is pursued in real-world settings, including through the critical role of attribution.

Please note that this event will take place in person only and will be held under the Chatham House Rule. The event is open to Blavatnik School of Government staff and students, as well as a select group of invited guests only.
