Since 2015, this annual professional development programme has welcomed civil servants from the Hong Kong Government to join the Blavatnik School of Government as visiting fellows. They follow an intensive eight-week programme that has been tailored to help them reach the next level of leadership.
From their time spent at the School, Fellows will come away with necessary skills to recognise and effectively analyse critical issues in public sector administration, particularly from a global perspective. They will gain valuable insights, skills and the ability to use critical thinking to overcome challenges they face in their home as civil servants. Ultimately, they will learn to shape the environment around them to create maximum impact.
