Professor Yeling Tan was quoted in The Guardian saying that Trump’s tariffs could be 'self-defeating,' as China has diversified its trade and sought alternative markets in response to previous tariffs.

Professor Yeling Tan wrote a blog piece for the Peterson Institute for International Economics on China’s reactions to Biden’s tariffs on a range of Chinese imports.
