Marlon-Ralph is a medical doctor from Zimbabwe who in 2016, diverted from clinical practice to pioneer a full time career in digital health. As a digital health consultant, Marlon-Ralph works with start-ups, corporates, academia, NGOs and government departments invested in leveraging technology in healthcare through such applications as mHealth, electronic health records, Telehealth, Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence.

Marlon-Ralph is an avid civic professional championing several social causes as young people living with HIV, dyslexia and related learning difficulties, healthcare accessibility for the hearing and speech impaired and grassroots football development. His policy interest areas are the governance of AI and digital health, regulation of innovation in the health sector, disability rights and youth development.

Marlon-Ralph is a Beit-Blavatnik-Wadham scholar.
