biography

Jeff Holzgrefe is Adjunct Faculty at the Blavatnik School of Government and Associate Member of the Department of Politics and International Relations at Oxford University. He has taught at St Andrews, Princeton, Duke and Emory Universities, and held visiting fellowships at the Center for International Affairs, Harvard University, the Center for Applied Philosophy and Public Ethics at the University of Melbourne. He was educated at Monash University, Australia and Balliol College, Oxford. His teaching and research interests include international law, international ethics, international theory and counterterrorism theory and practice.
