Himanshu is a first generation learner from Punjab, India. As an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, Himanshu has 12 years of experience working at the cutting edge grassroots levels in the state of Rajasthan. He has rich policy experience in various fields of the government, including in disaster management and water crisis mitigation, the specialised fields where he has worked in detail and where he wishes to contribute in the state in the future.
