I am a New Zealander interested in the impact new technologies have on public services and civic life. In 2017, I co-founded Policy, an online tool that allows voters to compare simple, up-to-date information about the election policies of political parties. Previously, I was a Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, a researcher at the Oxford Diasporas Programme, and a player in New Zealand's National Basketball League. I hold an MSc from the Oxford Internet Institute, where I studied with the support of a Rhodes Scholarship, and a BSc (First Class Hons) in Geography and Statistics from Victoria University of Wellington.
