biography

Chanda is a civil engineer from Zambia with over four years of international experience. He has consulted on diverse infrastructure for both private and public sectors. His expertise spans transportation, water resources, energy, and environmental sustainability.

Chanda hold an MSc in Water, Sanitation, and Health Engineering from the University of Leeds, a BA in Economics, and a BSc in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University. Chanda serves as a Water Resources Engineer at Jacobs. His work primarily focuses on environmental sustainability schemes in the UK, and he engages in global water and energy related project consultations. He has a keen interest in water policy, climate change, and environmental sustainability.

The MPP at Oxford will equip Chanda with the essential skills, knowledge, and networks required to design robust public policy responses for addressing critical issues, such as improving WASH conditions, enhancing food security, and developing climate resilient infrastructure worldwide.
