Bill Emmott Bill Emmott, former editor of The Economist and Visiting Fellow of Practice at the Blavatnik School of Government, will chair a series of Thursday discussions with students, faculty and experts about hot topics in current affairs.

This week's topic is 'Dealing with the Russian "pariah"': how should we understand Russia's motives and strategy in Syria, Ukraine and elsewhere, and how should other countries respond?
