The Global Climate Action Agenda was launched at the twenty-second session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 22) in Marrakech (7-8 November 2016).

In this video, Associate Professor Thomas Hale explains how he has contributed to it through the Galvanising the Groundswell of Climate Actions initiative, which has been able to help build a productive interaction between cities, companies and other actors taking action on climate change and the UN negotiation process.
