"Refuge: Transforming a Broken Refugee System" (Penguin Allen Lane), by Paul Collier (Professor of Economics and Public Policy at the Blavatnik School of Government) and Alexander Betts (Leopold Muller Professor of Forced Migration and International Affairs, Refugee Studies Centre) has been published. The book sets out an alternative vision that can empower refugees to help themselves, contribute to their host societies, and even rebuild their countries of origin.
