Trust and Corporations

There is a growing sentiment that trust in corporations (along with government) is currently in free-fall. However, what does this mean? Why it is important? And what might be done in response?

There is a growing sentiment that trust in corporations (along with government) is currently in free-fall. However, what does this mean? Why it is important? And what might be done in response? This project will seek to address these questions. We will not only draw upon the relevant academic literature, but will also run two focus groups with business leaders. Their purpose will be to test our developing ideas, intuitions and proposals, quickly and iteratively, in the realm of practice. This project is a part of the British Academy’s Future of the Corporation initiative.

Associated with the Building Integrity project.
