Niamh has 17 years professional experience working in the area of public policy and international affairs. She has held posts in the EU and the OSCE in headquarters and the field. From 2010- 2013 she was Senior Advisor to the OSCE Secretary General. She has worked in the field of higher education at the Law Society of Ireland and the Irish Centre for Human Rights. Prior to joining the school Niamh was Head of the Political, Analysis and Reporting Department at EU Advisory Mission in Ukraine. She holds a BA in Politics and History, a Masters in European Studies from University College Dublin and a European Masters in Human Rights from the Inter University Centre.
