I have been working on sustainable development and program management for more than 10 years in several International Development Organizations in the Middle East and North Africa Region (MENA) .
I worked in the World Health Organization, the UNDP Regional Centre in Cairo and the International Labour Organization. As a development professional, I provided technical support and policy advice to diverse programs and projects in the MENA Region within the framework of the Global Development Agenda.
I studied social sciences in Alexandria University, I obtained a postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Development from the American University in Cairo and I studied project cycle management in the ILO International Training Centre in Turin, Italy.
I joined Transparency International Secretariat (TI-S) in August 2013 to manage a portfolio of Mashreq and Maghreb MENA countries and to integrate a developmental perspective in the anti-corruption and good governance programs. I hold an Egyptian nationality.
