I join BSG after graduating from Tufts University with a double major in International Relations and Community Health. During my undergraduate years, I have interned with the Rwandan Ministry of Health working on nutrition policy for the Mother and Child Health Unit. I have also interned with Partners in Health where I worked on the launch of a new food security initiative in the Eastern Province of Rwanda. In addition, I interned with GlaxoSmithKline where I analyzed the Rwandan and Burundian pharmaceutical markets. Finally, I interned with the Center for Health Market Innovations at Results for Development Institute in Washington D.C. My primary interest is in health policy particularly health systems strengthening and health financing. I aspire to developing and implementing strategic policies attuned to local realities in Rwanda and other African countries. This summer, I am interning with Gardens for Health International in Rwanda.
